Stallworth's Realty, LLC Terms of Service

Buying Land:

Stallworth's Realty, LLC offers to assist buyers with buying land. This entire process is conducted in a professional manner using a buy box that is then given from the buyer to Stallworth's Realty, LLC in order to start the service of searching for and acquiring land for the buyer. Upon presenting the land of choice and pricing to the buyer, the buyer has the right to decline the offer. However, this may or may not be with or without penalty depending on the timeframe of which the deal was to be agreed upon.

Selling Land:

Stallworth's Realty, LLC offers to assist sellers of land with the opportunity to sell their land quickly and efficiently in a professional manner with the help of Stallworth's Realty acquiring a buyer for the seller of the land. The seller has the right to decline an offer and not move forward with a deal if they see fit to do so. However, Stallworth's Realty, LLC will be entitled to compensation for time spent on research and acquiring the set buyer.

Buying & Selling Land:

Stallworth's Realty role is to connect buyers to sellers and vice versa with the buy and sell land deals. Stallworth's Realty, LLC is to not be held liable for any fraudulent acts on behalf of the buyer or seller. Also, once deals have been agreed upon by the buyer and seller, if any party pulls out of the deal, Stallworth's Realty, LLC will not be held liable and will still be compensated for the role played in connecting the buyer to seller.

Business Loans:

Stallworth's Realty, LLC is connected and partnered with the Top Tier Lending, LLC Network. The Top Tier Lending, LLC Network is responsible for connecting business owners with funding partners who offer the best business funding solutions. Any funding that is given on behalf of those funding partners and the terms of those agreements are strictly between the funding partners of Top Tier Lending, LLC and the business owner(s) who receive the funding. Stallworth's Realty has no direct connect with those lenders and or funding partners of Top Tier Lending, LLC.

Home Loans/Investment Loans:

Stallworth's Realty, LLC is connected and partnered with Top Tier Lending, LLC and through this partnership, Stallworth's Realty, LLC is able to recommend customers to TAG aka The Accredited Group through our partnership with Top Tier Lending, LLC. Top Tier Lending, LLC and it's owner(s) are the direct partners of The Accredited Group and therefore are able to recommend business owners and individuals alike to The Accredited Group for funding. Please be advised that any deals funded through The Accredited Group are strictly an agreement between the individual and or business owner and T.A.G ( The Accredited Group)
